A Custom Foot Orthotic is an insole designed to optimize your foot and lower body biomechanics. Orthotics are a critical component of the external environment that lies under your feet. They are used to treat foot and lower limb injuries such as:

 

  • Plantarfasciosis (commonly called Plantarfasciitis)

  • Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (commonly called
    shin spints)

  • Metatarsalgia (forefoot pain)

  • Morton’s Neuroma

  • Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

  • Knee pain

  • IT band pain (Iliotibial Band)

  • Arch pain

  • Hip, pelvis, or Low Back Pain

 

At Footjax we do a full assessment including: Gait analysis, Biomechanical assessment, 3D cast or image of your foot
